A dedicated advocate and former U.S. Army Soldier, Christian brings over 17 years of leadership within healthcare administration and Veteran transition services. As President and Founder of Rosa's Dream Foundation, he leads strategic vision, organizational governance, and program execution to ensure vulnerable Veterans and families secure dignified housing, vital community resources, and long-term stabilization.

Sameer oversees the foundation’s fiscal governance, budget allocation, and financial compliance. With an emphasis on transparency and sustainable resource management, he ensures that donor contributions and grant capital directly support impactful veteran programs and housing initiatives with maximum accountability.

Johnathon manages corporate governance, regulatory reporting, and official board records for Rosa’s Dream Foundation. His background in administrative operations and compliance ensures organizational alignment with state and federal non-profit standards, maintaining transparency across all community outreach and funding partnerships.

Keisha directs day-to-day operations, community outreach, and partner network expansion. Passionate about civic empowerment and community stability, she works closely with civic leaders, local service providers, and volunteer teams to deliver immediate, coordinated support for Veterans and families in need.   

Sarina contributes strategic financial planning and analytical insight to support organizational health and community initiatives. Working in an advisory capacity, she assists the board in optimizing financial processes, budget structures, and resource forecasting to strengthen the foundation’s long-term sustainability.

Saloni leads visual branding, digital design, and creative storytelling for Rosa’s Dream Foundation. By shaping cohesive visual narratives across digital media and campaign assets, she elevates the foundation’s voice and helps connect its mission with donors, volunteers, and the community.
